Health Guys Inc., a Texas corporation (together with its affiliates and related entities, “HealthGuys” or “we” or “us”), may send customer care and support-related text messages to the mobile number you provide when you opt in. This page explains how SMS consent works, what messages you may receive, and how you can manage your messaging preferences.

BY CHECKING THE SMS CONSENT BOXES ON A HEALTHGUYS FORM, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE SMS TERMS, AS WELL AS THE Privacy Policy AND ANY OTHER APPLICABLE TERMS GOVERNING YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR OUR SERVICES.
1. CONSENT TO RECEIVE TEXT MESSAGES.
When you provide your mobile number and submit a HealthGuys form with SMS consent selected, you are giving express consent to receive non-marketing customer care text messages from HealthGuys. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may decline to provide SMS consent and still contact us through other available service channels.
2. MESSAGE PURPOSE.
Messages may include support follow-up, account-related communication, appointment reminders, request status notifications, answers to questions you submit, and other customer care communication reasonably related to your interaction with HealthGuys.
3. MESSAGE FREQUENCY.
Message frequency varies. You may receive one or more messages depending on the nature of your request, account activity, support needs, or follow-up related to your inquiry.
4. MESSAGE AND DATA RATES.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. HealthGuys is not responsible for carrier fees, delays, delivery failures, or other network limitations outside of our control.

You may opt out of text messaging at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you should no longer receive customer care text messages except for messages necessary to confirm your opt-out or otherwise required for compliance purposes.

If you need help regarding your text subscription, reply HELP or contact our support team through the contact information provided on our public website.
7. PRIVACY AND USE OF INFORMATION.
HealthGuys uses the information you submit, including your mobile number, to provide customer care communication, maintain communication records, support account and service operations, and document consent for compliance and verification purposes.
We do not use your mobile number for unrelated purposes that are inconsistent with the consent you provided on the opt-in form. We do not share your mobile opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

You represent that the mobile number you provide belongs to you or that you are authorized to provide consent for that number. You agree to provide accurate information when opting in.
10. SERVICE AVAILABILITY.
Text messaging services depend on carrier networks, device compatibility, and third-party service availability. HealthGuys does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery of text messages.
11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS.
HealthGuys may supplement, amend, or otherwise modify these SMS terms from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or compliance changes. The current version posted on this page will govern future opt-in activity unless otherwise required by law.
